Do my clients need to download an app?

No. Your profile opens in any phone's browser. A QR code works with any camera, and an NFC card opens it with a tap on compatible phones.

What's free, and what needs Business?

Free gives you a complete profile: Save Contact, your call-to-action button, English and French versions, up to 4 social links, QR code and sharing. Business (R99/month) adds your work gallery, services and prices, documents, lead capture, measured analytics and unlimited links.

Can I try it before creating an account?

Yes. Build your card on the try page without signing up. When you claim it we save it as a private draft — it only goes live when you publish it from your profile.

Can my profile be in French?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Turn on English and French, write your details in both, and visitors switch with one tap. Publishing checks that every language is complete.

How do NFC cards work, and what do they cost?

You request cards from your dashboard and our team contacts you to confirm the design, price and delivery before anything is printed. Every card also carries a QR code.

What if I change company or username?

Accepted Answer

Update your profile and even your username. Every link you already shared — including printed cards — keeps redirecting to your current profile.

We're based in Lubumbashi. Can we pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Online checkout is in rand through Paystack, and for companies in the DRC we also accept Visa card and mobile money. Contact us and we'll set it up.

Question 8

What happens if I cancel Business?

Accepted Answer

Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep Business until the end of the period you paid for. After that, Business content is hidden rather than deleted, and it comes back if you subscribe again.
